How can cities turn small-scale experiments into long-term transformation? This interactive workshop introduces the Liveability Design Approach (LDA), a framework that combines strategic vision with practical tools for creating more liveable, resilient, and adaptive cities. Drawing on examples from cities across the Baltic Sea Region, participants will explore how co-creation, experimentation, and continuous learning can be embedded into urban planning and governance. Through discussion and hands-on exercises, the workshop offers practical insights into connecting innovative urban practices with long-term strategies and fostering a culture of collaboration, adaptation, and systemic change.
