About me
Madison Sacramone is a PhD design-researcher on the topic Urban Acupuncture as a method to catalyse thriving, inclusive places for lasting urban regeneration. Their background is in sustainable design and landscape architecture with interests and certifications in green building and permaculture design. Through the lens of the new Eden Project in Dundee, this research aims to develop a collaborative framework for harnessing social and ecological transformation—reconnecting place, people, and nature. Madison's experience working in the placemaking sector has included the delivery of a range of projects from masterplan to neighbourhood scale, including co-design and engagement with local schools. Through her collaboration with the Eden Project, she also supports the planning of workshops and events in Dundee.
