Maria Gryshchenko is a sociologist and urban researcher from Ukraine with over ten years of experience in participatory planning, urban development, and community engagement. She works with local communities, civil society organizations, and municipalities on inclusive approaches to spatial planning, recovery, and public participation. Her research focuses on civic engagement, community resilience, and the role of civil society in the recovery of Ukrainian communities affected by war.
