Kamil Pakosz is real estate expert and entrepreneur, President of the Board of GC Development Sp. z o.o. and Vice-President of the Management Board of Lotnicza 100. Kamil has been active in Wrocław’s investment and real estate market for over 15 years. He has advised on numerous significant commercial real estate transactions and supported foreign investor acquisition processes. He currently manages development projects in the residential and mixed-use sectors. Since 2014, he has been involved in shaping the Positive Transformation Programme for Western Wrocław, putting into practice the idea of creating a “city good to live in".
