Katarzyna Solarek-Pancic is a Senior Consultant at Arup and a landscape architect specialising in public space design and nature-based solutions. She brings extensive experience in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects across Europe, with a strong focus on climate adaptation, green infrastructure, and sustainable urban development.Katarzyna has contributed to strategic planning, investment programmes, and city-scale transformations, working with cities and international institutions across Europe, including the development of Green City Action Plans (GCAPs), helping to translate climate ambitions into concrete investments and actions. She is also part of team working on the ReGreeneration Europe project, with focus on supporting cities in measuring and demonstrating the impact of urban greening and nature-based solutions. Her work focuses on integrating landscape-based approaches into decision-making, strengthening the case for resilient, nature-positive urban development through evidence, governance, and practical tools.
