About me
Khadidja Konate is an architect, placemaker, and founding member of STIPO Italy Cooperative. Her work focuses on creating inclusive, vibrant places that foster connection, belonging, and meaningful interaction between people and their environment. Drawing on expertise in participatory processes and community engagement, she supports communities and decision-makers in transforming shared aspirations into impactful projects, from cultural interventions to large-scale infrastructure initiatives. Khadidja is also co-host of the Design to Connect podcast, where she explores the people, ideas, and practices shaping more connected and regenerative futures. Through her work, she is committed to cultivating places that strengthen social bonds, inspire curiosity, and empower communities to shape their collective future.
