About me
Cecilia Lohasz is a geographer and the founder and operational lead of Valyo – City and River Association. She works on placemaking initiatives along the Danube River in Budapest to reconnect people with the river and shape more inclusive places. She co-managed the Excellent for Swimming?! project, which contributed to the opening of Budapest's second official Danube bathing site, offering access to natural, open-water swimming.
