Nicole Gordon is a senior place leader, with 20 years industry experience in shaping city districts. As CEO of Better Bankside, one of the UK’s longest established Business Improvement Districts, Nicole leads innovative economic, environmental and social action in the neighbourhood known as ‘London’s other side’.Her career has been dedicated to strategic place management, place marketing, and place making, having worked for a number of London’s most prominent landowners prior to joining Better Bankside over ten years ago.Nicole is well connected in the place industry internationally. She is an alumna of the IDA’s Emerging Leader Fellowship (US), contributes regularly to the Global Cultural Districts Network and was recently appointed Vice Chair of the ATCM BID Steering Committee (UK).
