About me
Roosmarie is an urban advisor at STIPO and a real city maker. She brings experience from the world of area development and real estate, social work, programming and placemaking. In her own neighborhood she is actively involved in creating meeting places and social initiatives, always in collaboration with the community.At STIPO she looks for ways to connect spatial and social issues—by both thinking and doing—and is committed to more inclusive and vibrant cities.Outside of working hours she can often be found outside - straight through the city or in nature. Or in the boxing gym. And when she's not on the move, she's working on her own podcast project.

Ruby van den Munckhof
Ruby van den Munckhof, senior advisor at STIPO, has a background in urban architecture. She worked as a connector in the area development of the Hamerkwartier in Amsterdam, as a primary school principal, and as a co-founder of a vocational secondary school. Ruby is the creator and founder of neighborhood coalitions in Amsterdam Noord and teaches at the ArtEZ Academy of Art in Zwolle.
