About me
Roxana Maria Triboi is an architect, urban planner and food systems specialist working across research, policy and community-based urban practice. She focuses on sustainable food planning, edible commons, participatory governance and ecological transition in cities. She has contributed to European initiatives including the Urban Agenda for the EU Food Partnership, URBACT, EUI and Horizon Europe projects, and is active in the AESOP Sustainable Food Planning Group. In Bucharest, she works with local communities, NGOs and public authorities on urban regeneration, food access, community gardens and food-related public infrastructure. Her practice connects food, public space, care, inclusion and long-term urban resilience.
