Dr Vassilis Litskas is an Agricultural Engineer with a PhD in Ecology and Sustainable Ecosystems management from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. He is the founder of VL Sustainability Metrics LTD and a Senior Lecturer at KES College Cyprus. He has an extensive background in sustainability and environmental protection, with a focus on integrating sustainable practices and circular economy principles into sustainable food systems.
