About me
I am woman and ciclyst, yol an urban psychologist and mobility specialist passionate about co-creating public spaces that foster social inclusion, community resilience, and a deep sense of belonging. With a Master’s degree in Human Talent Management, I combine strategic organizational leadership with hands-on practice in active mobility and psychosocial development. My work bridges the gap between technical planning and human emotion, designing methodologies that treat cities as dynamic 'living laboratories'. I specialize in child-friendly urbanism, inclusive walkability, and gender-differential safety frameworks. By integrating placemaking with community-driven educational processes, my goal for Placemaking Week Europe in Wrocław is to facilitate collaborative, experimental workshops that empower diverse citizens—especially children and cyclists—to reclaim, shape, and animate their public spaces
