About me
Ruta weaves co-creative processes across disciplines to envision and realise projects
that encourage social learning and contextualise the concept of sustainability. Since
2010 she has worked in transdisciplinary teams in Denmark, Lithuania, Sweden and
the United Kingdom. Rūta holds degrees in architectural design and sustainability
science. Since 2021 she is a co-founder and strategic lead of a Lithuania-based non-
profit, non-governmental organisation VšĮ „Kultūros dirbtuvė”. Rūta has extensive
experience in the design and facilitation of co-creative processes, and strategic work
in the field of climate change mitigation and adaptation at the neighborhood, city, and
national levels.
